Hi
I've noticed a new (at least I never noticed it before) entry in our referrals report:
[65.a.b.c...]
Is this a manual review? If it is, have we done something wrong to cause us to be reviewed?
We are completely white hat (as far as I can tell!).
Any ideas?

I've seen these since 2005 and none of the referals have impacted inclusion/results from live.com to bing. It seems mostly used for how content is rated/linked/used within MSN ecosystem.
