I'm in the UK. I've just visited Bing for the first time in weeks and there are pop-up excerpts from the adjoining web pages showing everywhere in the SERPs! Very, very irritating.

I can't see any popups. Looks clean and "Binglike" to me.

Obviously, I hope there's nothing untoward on your PC, but I certainly HOPE that Bing aren't seriously looking at popups.

Yep they are still visible from here and I've checked on 3 computers with two different ISPs. They aren't visible on every page but they come up when I hover the pointer to the right of the search results.

These are not pop-up ads - but snippets from the website whose listing you are hovering over in the results.

A lot of people find this very useful and a beneficial feature of Bing. Of course, others may not, but, on the whole, more people seem to like it than dislike it.
