| Will Bing PPC become Yahoo PPC or vice-versa?

I'm connected to Google Adwords via their API. I'd like to set the same thing up for Bing+Yahoo, but I don't want to develop for the wrong one since they will probably (definitely?) be combined. Does anyone know which PPC system will remain?
