| MSN Live Search Thinks I'm in Japan

Yesterday something strange started happening. I would open up Live Search and everything was in Japanese. I checked the preferred language setting and it was set to English. I am in the United States so what would be causing this and how do I resolve it?

There's a place to put your location in the Options (link is at top of Search page): [search.live.com...] | Location Identify your location with city and state or postal code to get search results that might be relevant to your area. |
