Anyone notice their Windows Live Hotmail looks a little faded? The lighter-colored interface started rolling out a few days ago. Some see it, others don't. There is no saviour "revert version" button, so if you're looking at the bleached version of hotmail, you're stuck with it.
Too bad it doesn't work in Firefox 3 (according to some reports)...
Also lately I've noted some JavaScript errors in Hotmail, using IE6
