It is that simple, the site only has 1 page listed (well 2, but I don't really count the sitemap as a content page), I have asked on the Webmaster Live forums, but their standard response seems to be to refer people to their site indexing guidelines, which don't help I realise Live use a different algorithm but i don't see why that should stop my shop being indexed, there are validation errors on the index page (Marquee tag and Xml style breaks), but I have seen sites with much worse that seem to be indexed fine There are 301 redirects on the site as we have a variety of domain name variants but they are all redirected to the one domain name I don't want to make big site changes as we are doing well in the other search engines However until last year MSN was partnered with the biggest ISP in this country (70% of the market I think), so it is a huge amount of potential customers we are missing out on Has anyone figured out any tips to better your chances at being included in the Windows Live index

Have you submitted your Sitemap to Live? Once I did, they began indexing my site. Here's their Ping service: http://webmaster.live.com/ping.aspx?siteMap=[Your sitemap web address]

Yes I have my site map listed in the webmaster tools and it has been submitted, in fact if you search formy site you will see the only 2 pages listed are the index and the sitemap

I also have several sites with index and sitemap. I have no clue on what MSN's doing right now but I would suggest they 'retire' their coders. PS: Retire = Eliminate!
