| Confused: broad/phase or exact match?

Hi,
I'd like my set-up an advert and I'm not too sure how to do it properly.
I want my ad to appear when the phase "myword1 myword2" is searched (in that order only), so it would appear if a user searched for:
"anotherword myword1 myword2"
or
"myword1 myword2 anotherword"
and ...not
"myword1 anotherword myword2"
If possible, I'd also like my ad NOT to appear if they search for:
"myword1 myword2 negativeword"
My ad keywords are currently set as follows:
"myword1 myword2" (Phrase match keyword)
-negativeword (Negative keyword)
Is this correct?
