If you have an advertisiment with Bing.com/microsoft, does that advertisement also appear on Yahoo? Or do you need to open a separate Yahoo advertisement account? thank you!

yes, Y PPC merged with Bing / MSN AdCenter. there is no separate Yahoo account available any longer.
