I am hearing that some relatively small portion of Yahoo PPC ads were supposed to have started to be served up by the Microsoft PPC platform today. So today would mark the beginning of the PPC transition.
In looking at our clients' data today we aren't seeing much difference between Yahoo PPC and Bing PPC regular run rates.
Is anyone else seeing indications that the transition started today?
Definitely not a drop in Yahoo PPC impressions yesterday, actually higher than normal for a Monday.
Bing is hard to compare apples to apples in terms of impressions, because we turned off most off of Bing Content Network in preparation for the transition. Bing clicks may have been slightly higher than average for a Monday.
I think it is going to take several days of data to see what happens. I hear they will transition more traffic over on Friday.
