Quite a bit of news for me when I logged into my account today:

- All accounts paused
- Empty payment method
- Empty billing history
- Y! Account manager for each account with the name of the person but the contact number is empty

All looks like a big mess inside this Microsoft's system. I just checked my Yahoo account and I see my ads are running there.

Microsooooooft!

I just submitted my query about this to MS's support. It was pathetic to see they mark those fields as mandatory:

- Last four digits of CC on file
- Operating System
- Browser

Uh!

They're crazy.

After two days, I contacted support again just to be told that actually a guy from Yahoo takes care of my account. I have never heard about that individual, nor his name matches the name in my accounts, which, BTW, I've never heard of either.
Anyhow, Microsoft did not help at all, but just told me to call that guy who could help me fix this.

So Microsoft, if you don't need my money, I don't need your service. I won't bother about my accounts with you anymore. Plus, I'm going to stop my Yahoo accounts now.
Seeing how things are going, who knows what else could happen.

Yes, I can run my business without you - totally.

Uh!

Another update:

After posting this onto Microsoft adCenter forum I got an email earlier today that made a call to all people experiencing a problem with having account paused. The email said "Please Contact Support so we can verify why your accounts are in pause status"

I already did it three times and the support kept telling me to contact Yahoo rep!

I'm not doing one step two times here simply because I'm stubborn in this particular case.

Microsoft: Fix it if you want. I'm not doing anything.
