I have been wondering the same thing. Being able to exclude the partners was the only way that I could get Yahoo to be profitable. I fear it will be a big step backwards for AdCenter if this is not part of the system. It would focus on short term profits vs long term growth.

I was told from customer support that Adcenter will have the same or better blocking features before they start serving adds to Yahoo in Nov.

I hope so because that feature is really important. If I can't exclude certain partner networks, it might not be worth it anymore.
