Good job I had a back up as it completely crashed my computer. Eventually, I got it to work. Today, I want to delete one keyword as the product has been discontinued. Clicking on the AdCenter and it requires an update. The update requires a restart (why? Google doesn't!). Anyway, two hours later and I am still waiting for it to install. Is this normal?

It is normal for MS to push every piece of software in anyway possible regardless of the reputational damage they do to the product a person has interest in. There are other parts of adcenter (related to the merger), that are requiring silverlight (i.e. seeing the difference between YSM and adcenter requires silverlight). Well, it is the same old story, but this time they are failing even faster. which I guess is good.
