|Microsoft adCenter Updates Its Terms and Conditions|

The new terms, USA accounts at present, enable opt-in account optimization by adCenter reps.
The purpose, according to Microsoft, is to help customers achieve better results without any effort on the customer's part.
New accounts are impacted on February 21 and existing accounts in one month from now.
