I have run the adcenter about several weeks but now when I logged to the account, it said like this :
You can start using your Microsoft adCenter account as soon as you activate it. To do this, open the confirmation e-mail that is being sent to you in the e-mail address you provided during signup. (If you don't see it there, please check your Junk Mail folder.)
I have sent e-mail to support in the ticket system but there is no response, also I would try to call to call center, I wait about 15 minutes in the line, Distance calling from Thailand to US, but there is no available of operator.
