Ok, Ive just had a fairly annoying and unhelpful response from the adcenter support saying the reason our ads are in position 190+ is because we are not bidding enough. Now if the support person in question had read the email properly from us they would have discovered that the ads were showing 3 days ago in the top 10 positions. Jeez.
In addition taking a look at our account all orders average positions from 1-30 ish....except the one in question which is sitting pretty at around 160! lol, its so frustrating you have to laugh when I get this response.
In further addition the rep doesnt seem to be aware of the technical issue that adcenterEU raised in the earlier post. Surely its a good idea to inform staff of potential problems advertisers could encounter?! Im sure not every advertiser has the time or inclination to seek out advice on here. So that was worrying.
So no progress as yet in solving this issue.
