As I posted over the weekend, I had trouble logging in and used too many attempts.
That earns a 12 hour nap- shuts you out.
Eventually got support to change my password over the phone.
Great.
I've got an account, and my wife has an account.
We both made changes 3-4 days ago and have seen nothing happen with either campaign. They just sit there- no impressions...nothing.
Now today, I can't even log-in to either account.

Can anyone tell me what the deal is with this program?
Clearly nothing can be done on the fly, right?
Change keywords or delete and create campaigns- you can count on nothing moving for days at a time while your account sits dormant.
Getting logged in is a daily adventure.

This is nuts.

I'm brand new to this but noticed the weekend changes were a lot slower than weekday changes I made.

If you can ever log back in maybe make a couple of changes to something and when you "save" it again it will catch the changes this time and update.

Good Luck

The billing system is truly dreadful, everytime it can't charge your card it tells you to enter a new one, it doesn't tell you whether the new card entry has been successfully charged or not, your ads are offline and you don't know what is going on. Why on earth can't you just push a button and get it to recharge the card on file and then tell you whether the charge went through or not.

You are talking about Adwords too.

We signed up for MSN adcenter in June this year. Tried my best to come to terms with the lousy interface, then gave up finally.

I do check now every other week and find nothing really has improved.

Have not cancelled yet as expenses are minimal, despite high bids. A result of low traffic.

MSN adcenter is at this point light years behind google. For me as an advertiser who spends loads on google, plus yahoo, I given up on MSN.
