How to Generate a Report on all Rejected keywords

Hi Everyone!,

Anybody here knows how to generate a report on all rejected keywprds? and can be exported on a csv or xls format?. I really have a hard time to do this. And is there a fastest way to delete all those rejected keywords on an account?
