Bids will shifts from low to high upon loading the keywords.This also happen to us 4 days and we still encountering that issue until now. It wasn't resolve yet and we're still waiting for the adcenter support team to resolve this problem. Be watchful with your ads and double check if your desired bids are correct upon saving your ads.
