I don't know the details well enough as to compare it with google /yahoo CPC services, howeber, I hear from several of my clients are quite happy with Windows Live PPC. You should definitely give it a try, since if is able to bring additional traffic at reasonable cost it is a welcome diversification in this oligopoly game.

Good in some ways, but the interface is pretty sucky. Nothing like the "all on one page" system that Google has. In it's present form, it can be hard just to figure out where to go to add new keywords.
