Has anyone experienced a campaign that have status = "Budget and user pause"? I have this message on my account for last 7 days and I can't get rid of it. Support is investigating the issue but I can't understand what takes them so long.
Your month one budget for a new campaign is pro-rataed. For example, if you submit the campaign half way through the month, a budget pause will kick in after you've spent half your budget. I just raise my budget for month one and drop it later on. Not an ideal solution, IMHO, but it works.
