Exactly the same situation here. No data since 14th, ads running, blinded to my own spend. 24 hours delay is something I can live with, but this is unacceptable.

Same thing here, there time stamp shows me "data updated thru july 17th at 11pm" yet no report data past the 14th.

has anybody had any direct contact or received word on this? It must only be affecting a small subset of us. I still see no data.

I'm sorry I didn't post here sooner about this, but I have an update for you. There was a larger reporting delay earlier, but currently, hourly reports are 1 hour behind normal turnaround time, and daily reports are 1 day behind.
Normal turnaround times for report data are: by 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time for previous day on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports and within 3 hours for hourly reports.
I will let you know once the normal turnaround times are back in effect, and I'm sorry about this inconvenience.

When I go to my billing tab, it shows my daily spend going from $150/day to $850/day over the past 6 days, but I can't get a freaking report!
I find it disturbing that my spend has mysteriously climbed five-fold, but I can't get a daily report!

I received a response today from adCenter. It is not consistent with adCenter411's explanation. It was acknowledged that the Campaign pages and Order pages were not showing data and that adCenter is attempting to resolve this matter ASAP. However, I was advised to run Reports and select it by the hour and then choose the date range for which you wish to investigate. I have done this and found that, while somewhat cumbersome, it does provide the intelligence needed to manage the campaign. Additionally, since you can somewhat customize your own report and schedule it to run in the timeframe you desire, if you set up the reports you need, they can be waiting for you when you return to manage your campaign.

somebody fixed something!
this morning, all my daily report data is caught up, including data through end of yesterday!
5:10 pm on Jul 21, 2006 (gmt 0)
hhm, my 'account performance' and 'budget summary' reports show 2 different numbers!
7:41 pm on Jul 21, 2006 (gmt 0)
Mine did too; support emailed that it was in the works to be fixed.
On all of the reports (that aren't summaries) it sure would be nice to have totals at the bottom of 'em.

yes agree, totals would be nice.
8:23 pm on Jul 21, 2006 (gmt 0)
also found out that both those numbers are different from what my CC has been charged!

I have an update about the reporting delay issue. We are still experiencing some delays in reporting. However, we are aggressively working to eliminate the lag, and now have updates as follows:
Hourly data is available through 7/21/2006 1:00 PM PDT
Daily data is available through 7/20/2006
Weekly data is available through 7/14/2006
Monthly data is available through 7/14/2006
Yearly data is available through 7/14/2006

I'm still getting daily reports 2 days late - plus my pda doesn't read the format they put the data in. All in all a poor show.

Daily stats are back to normal (day before posting by at least 8am. maybe earlier, but there first thing when I check) for me for the last 2 days now.
