I don't agree with this finding. I am using Firefox, Chrome and IE. but Firefox is far better than other two.

'Faster' doesn't necessarily mean 'better'. I'm not surprised that IE runs fastest on Windows - I'm sure under the hood many of the elements that the browser needs is already loaded as part of the OS, and as a result, will naturally run faster than 3rd party software.

Any info regarding Opera, my favourite? And often fastest in use.

note: | Microsoft's Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8 currently has the fastest response time of any browser on Windows |

I am using IE 10 on Windows 7, and I have never seen anything like it. Super fast. In fact I wonder how it will affect my sites cos, it is so fast it may well improve page views (though it is the same for every site I visit). It is like someone at my ISP has just doubled or tripled my bandwidth! Seriously, I am not exaggerating. I am amazed.

One of the best things about IE 10, apart from the blistering speed, is the spell check when you are filling in forms - or forums - such as this. That is truly a great thing and tool to have.
