| Can not install activex on Explorer 8 - Win 7

I bought a new notebook with windows 7 professional.
I tried to insatall an activex to monitor some remote cameras.
This activex ever installed fine on windows XP and explore 7 or 8.
In 2 different desktop computers having the same OS ( Windows 7 professional ) and the Explorer 8 or 9 everything works fine.
I think it's something related to the notebook ( the last Samsung ).
When I try to install the Activex everything seems to go fine; windows ask two times if i want to install the Activex. I replied YES, but finally the activex had not been installed.
I tried without the firewall ( no protection ), without the antivirus, but no way.....
The Activex is Fewatch 4 Control.
