Force-hide Compatibility Button and Compatibility Mode in IE
IE=Edge & doctype alone not preventing users from using compatibility mode!

With the meta element set to IE=edge and obviously a doctype on every page I still have IE8 visitors showing up running around the internet with compatibility mode enabled. Obviously I want to force IE to use it's best possible rendering mode (IE=edge is just that) so how do I force override a user's compatibility mode? Yes, I clearly know better than the user since I test my work in over forty different browser/version combinations. :)
