That's remarkably similar to the QR Code functionality that's embedded in every Japanese mobile phone. This is a great technology if you can get it universally acceptable to all your mobile phones. I use it in Japan all the time. We have QR Codes on everything from business cards to the sushi in the supermarket.

QR has been around for a while. Damn M$ for bringing out a different standard. Again.
