Ok, I'm a computer geek from way back but I wanted to check with fellow geeks on this one.
In windows you can edit the "File Properties" like Title, Summary, etc. Isn't that stored as Windows MetaData and is only available in NTFS file systems?
Can someone with more file storage level knowledge explain?

Let me clarify, I'm interested in JPG file. DO THEY HAVE SPECIFIC METADATA that is stored in the file and not in NTFS file systems?

Here's a better resource, but the search engines aren't using the information in image files, at least not yet. It would be nice to be able to embed your website address so that when scumbags steal your images you still get credit somehow.
