Another update that wants to redo all the other updates and take over my computer for the next hour this morning. Maybe later. These constant updates are annoying.

Tourz,

Becareful. I learned my lesson the bad way. I stop the internet update on my Vista. I am using WindowMail, once awhile the update stop me from accessing the address book. I went through a lot of forum, there is no good fix on my problem. MS blames the problem on the virus programs interacting with Vista. But the bottomline, a user, me, get the suffer. I have to rely on luck to access my email address book. When I need it the most, it does not work.

I've been running SP1 since February. It was a problem free update for me. I only wish XP's SP3 was as good.

The upgrade process can take several hours. They warn you beforehand. Let it run during lunch, or when you know you won't need the machine.

I started it last night before bed but had to press 'next' this morning. It took 30 minutes after that. No other issues with the update so far.
