Windows Update error 80070643

I keeping getting error 80070643 when I try to update via Vista's windows update. I've restarted the Office Source Engine as instructed but still get the error. Any ideas how to fix this?

You receive an "Error 80070643" error message when you try to update Office 2003 by using Software Update Services
