ReadOnly attribute cannot be changed

Hi Guys,

I have a folder that is readonly. I tried changing the properties by unchecking the readonly box and click ok but the read only keeps coming back.

Any idea how i can beat windows Xp Sp2?

Does the read-only attribute have any effect on directories?

not really. I can still create files in it.
