Hi I installed the security updates for win xp and got the RTHDCPL.exe error and went and installed the hotfix, now Iam able to access webpages but I cannot sign in to any email account or password related sites. Iam just getting problem loading page. I also can not aquire my signature updates in Norton. Iam getting error codes 0x6b314ebf and 0x02913bb0 when I go to shut down,which I cant seem to locate anywhere is there anyone who can shed some light on this for me. I appreciate it very very much.
