Backups on Vista

I'm probably missing something here, but I can't get Vista's backup to do an incremental backup.

I created the backup set, and scheduled a daily backup, and it has backed up all files for the three days I've been running it so far. I even went into file properties and set the archive bit off, and it didn't help.

I don't see an option for incremental vs. full backups when I create the backup set.

What do you do to get an incremental backup?

I haven't got my Vista installation active right now so I can't test this out for you. I've read that incremental backups are possible though. Have you had any luck straightening this out?
