Redirect IP addres to domain

How do I redirect an IP (http://1.2.3.4) address to a domain name (http://www.domain.com) via IIS?

There are a couple of ways.
One would be creating a website, with no hostname, and asnwers to the ip only, and do a perm redirect to the proper url with a hostname.
