Hello Webmasters:
I had an old Web site that was running as the "Default Web Site" (Identifier = 1, Port 80) in IIS.
I created a new Web site in IIS to replace the old Web site.
I used IIS to point the New Web Site to a new source folder on the Web server. I then placed the New Web Site on Port 80 and placed the old, "Default Web Site" on Port 81.
Is it a best practice to keep the "Default Web Site" on Port 80?

I usually just disable it. (Or delete it.)
