Undoing the Damage of Cookieless Sessions
Thousands of supplemental results due to perceived duplicate content

A while back I decided that it might be a good idea to use ASP.Net's cookieless state management. This resulted in a request to:

being redirected to something like:

Seemed like a good idea at the time. The problem is that now Google has each of my pages cached 10 times, each with a different session URL.

IIS continues to serve up these pages to the Googlebot, even though I have now turned cookieless forms authentication off. My site only has around 1,000 pages yet I'm getting 8,000 hits per week from the Googlebot.

I've tried catching the request in the Global.asax but it would appear that the session portion of the URL is stripped out before Application_BeginRequest is fired.

Anyone have any ideas as to how I can 301 redirect these requests back to the original URL?
