You have to have a Mac for Xcode. You need Xcode and Cocoa Touch know-how to develop apps and submit them to the store. Anyone else dabble/develop in Cocoa Touch? We can always get into the finer details of whether a native app or a web app is better for purpose X. When it comes to developing in Cocoa Touch in Xcode on a Mac, I hope to strike up lively discussion here. Tablets and smartphones are fast becoming popular browser platforms.
