We're running 10.5.8 and using Dreamweaver CS4. There are two accounts on the machine, me (as admin) and my partner. She has her sites and I have mine.

Up until yesterday everything was running smoothly. Now, when I'm logged in, trying to put or get files across any site causes Dreamweaver to quit unexpectedly. Remote info shows me that I can connect to servers ok.

Log in as the second user and put/get is fine - no problem at all.

I've repaired permissions several times to see if that might make the difference, but no change.

Any suggestions as to what the problem might be and what can be done to remedy it?

Thanks,

Syzygy

Sounds like your user prefs got trashed.

Go to user-> Library->Preferences and look for Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 Prefs

Remove it and set it aside in a safe spot just in case you may need it.

Restart DW and see what happens. Of course any settings you had made will be gone and have to be reconfigured.
