| How to fully remove a program?

I have a program that I thought was fully removed from the MacBookPro but another program is still telling me it's on my box. I don't know where to look, any ideas?

Have you tried using spotlight (command-space bar) to search for remnants of the program?

Make sure to remove the files in ~/Library/ that are related to the app. Also check /Library/.
