Claiming a Google Local/Maps listing

A client of mine's business is showing up well in the Local Business Results which appear next to the map at the top of the search results. Trouble is the listing is fed from Thomson Local and only has basic info, and no link to their website. I'd like to claim the listing for them (or get them to do it) and flesh it out with full information, but there doesn't appear to be a way to claim the listing - I believe 'unverified' listings can be claimed, but this isn't showing as unverified. There are no links to edit the listing or to claim it.

Is there a way to claim this listing, or get Thomson to drop theirs, or should I try to create a new account for them and hope it replaces the Thomson-fed one?

I've resolved this now - I created a new Local Business Centre account for the client and entered the business details from scratch. After entering the name and address info Google then located and displayed the existing entry and allowed me to claim it.
