Looks like the owners cashed some in too for $160 mil. Smart move IMO. Now they can really concentrate in growing as their families are cared for. I hope they have some left me: I am selling them my killer domain. Should I ask for $159 Million :-)?

As the founder of Geosign, I want to go on the record with a big thank you for Brett, WebmasterWorld, and all the moderators who have been an incredible source of information and instrumental in the early growth of our company. I dont log on to WebmasterWorld nearly as much anymore, but I miss the days when it was just me at Geosign logging on every 20 minutes to check for the latest google dance commentary, or all the little tips to get your page to rank better, or trying to interpret every word that Matt Cutts would utter to find the hidden messsage. Again - thanks WebmasterWorld

Nice integration of YPN ads on their sites. I could barely notice them.

Congratulations. I've met a number of folks from Geosigns and they're all very friendly, down to earth, and approachable. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of folks!

I work with GeoSigns and they are pros at what they do. Met them at Affiliate Summit last summer and have had a good relationship since.

Sometimes good work pays. A reasonable sum for the right package and more good things should follow.

I guess 160 million and some liquidity frees up some time now for bullettin boards, etc.. Good job.

Great job. Congratulations. I guess, most of us expect similar news for our own companies. :)

>> I guess, most of us expect similar news for our own companies. Sure we do, but I'd settle for slightly less than $160 million...about 50-60 times less ;) There seems to be a buying wave lately. If you have a good site that can be monetized, you may be in.
