Yes, dare to edit your sponsored or enhaced listing on Yahoo! Local and you go dead until it is reviewed. The process generally takes about 5 business days from my experiences. As for the ratings, last time my ratings were saved. I had a client who lost his ratings. I'd like to think these are growing pains for Yahoo! Local. fwiw-- I recall the last time I edited my Google/Maps/Local listing it went down for awhile as well.
