Very smart, well timed move by RHD. Someone at RHD has their thinking cap on. Smarter still if RHD structured (incentivized) the deal so as to hold onto that talent pool. The company IS the talented people. Congratulations to Mr. Sanger, et. al. So, when is RHD going to sponsor a booth at a PubCon? ;)

Justin and the team deserve it, a really nice bunch of people that happen know what they are doing. It made sense for a big player like RHD to buy them rather than wait for LocalLaunch tell sell their services to RHD's competitors. Well done.

Better late than never. Yellowbook was first with click forward, then Superpages with Inceptor. Now only SBC/bellsouth is left with no apparent partner- yet. I bet pretty soon, newspapers will be doing this as well.

I've read their site twice now, and still have no clue as to what they do. It might be the most poorly written description of what they offer, I've ever read. Can some one break it down for me? It sounds like they take offline advertising agencies and provide them with tools to cross sell web space to their clients. Which if that's the case, then by all means, copy-paste-save right over the existing About Us section ;) Thanks, Chip-
