Email filter rules with WHM / Cpanel

I'm currently on a VPS machine that runs WHM & Cpanel. Anyone know if it's possible to set email rules to be global throughout all of my accounts?

(I host a few relatives' websites who often receive the same spams, if I could enable a filter to all of their website accounts I could save myself a lot of needless edits in their cpanel)

One of my sites is hosted on a VPS with Cpanel, I'll ask the person who hosts it for me by email and see if he knows.

I just pinged the person who runs the main hosting company I use, and asked if it can be done with VPS using Cpanel. He says it's impossible through Cpanel without a custom hack (even with VPS), but he also said that you can use mailfoundry.com at any level.

You you just change the MX record to point at Mailfoundry and configure their service to send the filtered mail to the IP of the server of the VPS.
