Value of a link from own site vs. 3rd party site

If a value of a link from third party website is 100, what would be the value of the link from that website if it would be owned by me? (for Google SEO; given that all other variables are the same) - 10? 50? 100?
Have you done any tests on this? What are your experiences?

And if I want to make my websites look like they have different owner, what should I be careful about? Besides different domain whois, class C IP, content and design. What about referrer code in my affiliate links?

Thanks...

(I have read similar threads on this topic, but my question is more specific so I have decided to start a new one)
