| That would be my choice. That doesn't mean I would not put in a link to a Wikipedia page, but original content is the important part.

| I agree also. Expanding on this: write an authoritative page that outshines all that you can find in searches. Tap other internal experts at the company to enhance what you write.

Write your own page, get wikipedia to link to it, and then mention that your page is linked to by wikipedia (but don't necessarily link back to them).

to James2: You can edit their page and add your link to the 'External links' part. But I'm not sure if they will keep your link..
