| Does the "goto=" attribute pass any link juice?

The link pointing from the page read: "http://www.#*$!x.org/disclaim/disclaim.cfm?goto=http://www.bluewidgets.com/" Will this pass any juice to the blue widgets page? Thanks!

Webmasterworld provides a tool If you click 'control panel' at the top of this page, and then scroll down and choose 'server headers' from the menu on the left and drop the (unedited) link above in it, it will tell you if value is being passed. '301 Moved Permanently' means value is passed. Anything else, in particular a 302, means it is not (Other sites around the net provide similar tools)
