There are several tools you can use. Google Webmaster Tools is a great resource though and you should be able to get a good idea with it. Whats not working with it. Other tools would be: Yahoo Site Explorer: Do a yahoo query with like this linkdomain:wwwexample.com Also try [opensiteexplorer.com ] James

Google WMT has started showing more data for in bound links. Also a combination of Y! and Google WMT could create a comprehensive report.
