Back links from Same Geographical Specific Websites raj1094 msg:4053535 4:57 am on Jan 4, 2010 (gmt 0) Hi,
If a website is concentrated to one particular geographical location like example.co.uk or example.us,
Now for these websites to rank well in their geographical location is that compulsory to get back links from same respective geographical Specific website.
Getting Same geographical Specific websites back links will have more effects on Websites SERP ,Rankings.

if your site is targeted to the same geographical location as where the links are coming from then yes these links are better, but nothing is compulsory just a better/stronger link, getting a link from a site that targets another county is fine just not as good, but personally I believe getting a good themed exchange is more important than the locations brickmarketing msg:4053812 5:26 pm on Jan 4, 2010 (gmt 0)
It certainly does help if that site is also hosted on a U.K server. I focus on achieving a few different types of links not just from UK but also globally.
