I'm working to make many of my sub domains rank higher in search engines. When submitting to directory sites like BOTW or business.com, is it beneficial for SEO purposes to submit to many different categories and have them directed to different sub domains? For example, if my made up business of sports stores have locations throughout the United States, and each location had its own page on the domain, is it useful to submit to every location category which we are offered? Will this help our search engine rankings when searching for terms such as "Chicago sports stores" or "Sports Stores in Denver"? Basically, do directory sites pass link juice to different sub domains, or just once to the homepage?
