Hi, Our free press release sites worth the effort of getting listed on them? If so, what are the best ones?

From my limited experience, it's better to go with the established paid press release sites. I tried both, and got better exposure by paying $80 than getting it for free. That also meant that I waited until I had real news to write about, which is probably the best approach anyway.
