Hi, i have two sites, and i want to place a link in only one of theme linking to my other site in all pages.
It is a good way ? or it is better to place the link in a few pages ?

Why not just place the links where it is relevant and best for the end user?

It is for SEO reasons, like both webs are about the same type content i thinked that if i add a link to one of them i was goint to gain benefits, but maybe google will see the link anti-natural, so i dont know, what do you recomend ? thanks.

This is NOT a good idea. You do not want to have links on every page of one of your sites linking to another one of your sites.
This is unnatural and will be perceived negatively by the search engines. If you must link to one of your sites, create a page on site "A" talking about site "B" and then link the internal pages on site "A" to that one page on site "A".

If the two sites are related, like a site about Tea and a site about Tea Cups, or even Coffee, then it makes sense to link them together. Small networks of sites that are related in topic (technology, food, etc.) regularly link to each other without negative consequences. This has been going on for years.
However, those sites tend to have their own unique backlinks and aren't dependent on each other for the backlinks. They interlink because it makes sense for the user.
Interlinking sites for an SEO benefit only, especially a large network of sites, might not pass a hand check.
